 Sinopsis : Aminah dan suaminya, Hussin pulang ke kampung bersama tiga orang anak mereka, Azri, Epul dan Rina. Aminah ingin meminta ibunya, Nek Temah menjaga ketiga-tiga anaknya . Nek Temah merupakan seorang dukun dikampungnya. Hari pertama tiga beradik itu di rumah Nek Temah, mereka diberitahu tentang pantang larang di rumah tersebut. Pertama, mereka tidak boleh keluar rumah selepas maghrib dan kedua, mereka tidak boleh masuk bilik misteri yang diikat selempang merah. Ketika Nek Temah keluar mengubat, Epul terpandang bilik yang diikat selempang merah dan kedengaran bunyi botol berlaga dari dalamnya dan hendak cuba membuka pintu tersebut tetapi terhalang kerana Nek Temah berdiri di belakangnya.
Pada suatu hari, Nek Temah menyuruh cucu-cucunya menangkap, mencabut bulu dan menyembelih ayam. Nek Temah ingin mengajar mereka agar bekerjasama dan akhirnya mereka berjaya menyempurnakan tugasan tersebut. Semasa makan, Rina teringin untuk makan nasi bersama kicap. Epul mencadangkan agar mereka membuka pintu misteri tersebut. Ketika pintu terbuka, tangan Rina luka dan Epul menggunakan kain pengikat botol untuk membalut tangan kakaknya.Seekor hantu terlepas dan hampir mencekik Rina tetapi disergah oleh Nek Temah.
